G Herbo’s ‘Humble Beast’ Goes Hard or Nah?

A few weeks ago (September 22), G Herbo released his debut, Humble Beast. This comes after a string of mixtapes such as Welcome to Fazoland, Pistol P Project, Ballin’ Like I’m Kobe, and Strictly 4 My Fans.

The Chicago native connected with other Chicagoans to create the project such as rappers Lil Biddy and Bump J, singer Jeremih, and producers Da Internz and C-Sick.

Speaking of Chicago, G Herbo gave us a harsh visual of his hometown in “Red Snow.”

“I know I rap a lot about being dead or dead broke, but my city starving it’s the go that’s just the way it go. They stealin’, robbin’, living heartless, never hit they target, the summers long and winters harsh cause we got red snow.”

Aside from the aforementioned, Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty lent their vocals as well as Southside, DJ L, and DJ Ron, among others assisted with the production.

You guys give it a listen–if you haven’t already–and tell us what you think.
