Bobby Shmurda’s Next Step Is Working With Major Artists

Each year brings new artists to the forefront, and if this summer was anything, it was the summer of Bobby Shmurda. Shmurda burst onto the scene in 2014, and he wants to make sure that he leaves a lasting impression in the industry. He’s already famous for his dancing throughout the social media world, but Bobby is interested in making sure that those in the music scene are taking him seriously as well. That’s why he’s trying to work with some of the most prestigious names in the music industry. Shmurda has said that he’s trying to work with artists such as Jay Z, Raekwon, and Meek Mill.

Shmurda talked to Vlad TV about the next steps in his music career. “I would love to work with Raekwon,” Bobby Shmurda told the outlet. “Love to work with Meek. Free Meek…I need to do a song with Jay Z, man. That’s what I need to do. I need to do a song with Jay Z. Then I think I’m stamped. Signed, sealed, official.”

Besides working with rap legends, Shmurda also wanted to make sure that his fans recognized that he’s doing his best to make sure that they see him in person this year. “Trying to get to every town,” Shmurda said. “The towns and bookings is crazy. I’m just trying to make sure I get to every town. They want me everywhere. I’m just trying to make sure I get everywhere. Get to show my fans love…Make sure they know that I appreciate everything they doing and I love it. I love the support. And they make my day every time they comment and they pushing likes on the Insta. And they go play them songs on YouTube.”

Shmurda’s meteoric rise culminated in being signed to Epic Records this summer. His hit record “Hot Ni**a” has already received millions of plays on Youtube, but Shmurda isn’t satisfied with that. He’s looking to take his act to the mainstream.bobbyshmurdaUSE
