In 1998, Snoop Dogg jumped off the West Coast ship, and onto the No Limit tank. Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told, Snoop’s first album on No Limit, didn’t sit well with everyone, however. Mainly, because of Snoop’s deviation from G-Funk. Ironically, No Limit Top Dogg, his second No Limit release, found Snoop reverting back to a sound he was more accustomed to.
