Lil Wayne almost shut down the internet single handedly last week when he tweeted: “I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain’t that easy.” That tweet was in regards to another delay in ‘The Carter V.”
Honestly I thought the tweet was suspect and assumed within a week or two someone would come forth to say that “his account was hacked,” but Weezy confirmed it at an event in NYC.
“I will be out of it soon and I do for it ya’ll,”Wayne said before instructing the crowd to put up 5 fingers for his forthcoming album.
